You should not until you meet us. I am Dr Les Blackstock and I back the skin pigmentation treatments that this site represents. There is so much hype in the industry because it is driven by money. We would like to make money but not at the expense of a long term relationship.

Trust is earned not expected

Are you suspicious that we are another service that is trying to rip your money off for little solution to your problem? You will be surprised when you meet us. We will not tell you how we are the world’s best or the “phenomenal” success we have had. You talk to us and meet us and you’ll see why we are trusted.

We want to help you and develop a long term relationship with you

Do you want someone by your side that can offer you a solution now and assist in the future if you need them? The genetics are against you and the probability is that you will have problems with your hair for a life time. You or others may have had experiences with organisations that want your money for a once off fix and then don’t want to know you again. We strive to “treat you as a person not as a number”.

You will not be subject to pressure selling and forced contracts

At your assessment you will be told that we can help you with all the options. You will be assisted in selecting medically proven products, non surgical options with clinical support, permanent hair transplantation, artificial hair placement, hair piece sales and service. We even offer hair removal options if you want to go bald, and other products and services to help with scalp care and protection against the increased risk of skin cancers associated with hair loss.

If you are guaranteed and outcome is suspicious

Don't be sold on false hope. As a doctor I can work out works best for your skin and hair type. We will give you an explanation of outcomes that you can expect and what you can do to achieve those outcomes. We explain risk and costs before you start any treatment. We don't work with people that have false expectations and we spend a long time getting a clear understanding of what can and can't be done. See if non medical services will do that. If you are not happy we will work towards getting you happy. That's our guarantee, rather then false hope.
